The Solo Stack VerdictWeekly AI tool verdicts

For companies with a real product

Sponsor an issue

Readers are busy solopreneurs, many of them former corporate operators, who are deciding whether a new AI tool is worth a Tuesday. They came for a verdict, not a pitch. A sponsorship has to respect that or it doesn't belong here.

What you can buy

One labeled sponsor note in one issue. It sits apart from the verdicts, it says "sponsor" in the first line, and it describes the job your product does in the same plain language as the rest of the issue. We'll tell you the send date and the approximate list size when we reply.

What you cannot buy

  • An ADOPT, TRY, or SKIP. Those are written before a sponsor is placed, and they don't move because someone paid.
  • A review that pretends we chose you. If we review a sponsor's product in the same issue, the note says so, and the verdict stands on its own.
  • The email addresses of readers. We don't rent the list.

What to send

A short note is enough. Include:

  • The company and the product
  • The job it does for a one-person business
  • The dates you have in mind
  • Whether readers can try it without a credit card
